With a genuine passion for producing and playing good quality music, Romanian DJ and producer Bipolar Bear loves building eclectic sets that aim to take the audience on the musical journey he is conducting.

His aim is to always spread positive energy and his enthusiasm is hard to match. After leaving Romania and carving his way in the rich Manchester, UK, music scene as a DJ and as a producer, his last project Odwana, a blend of electronic dance music infused with world sounds, African percussion, and empowering vocals made waves in the UK underground scene, leading him to play at legendary festivals such as Boomtown Fair, Audio Farm Fest, Kendall Calling, and Freekquency.

At the beginning of 2019, he relocated to Da Nang, Vietnam, and has set-up the party brand Badaboom together with fellow DJ G Nomad, aiming to bring the party scene in Central Vietnam to a new level and sharing the joys of music with a community of like-minded humans, running a string of carefully curated beach parties and mini-festivals, and at the end of 2022 he also co-founded Saga Music Bar, a small underground music venue with a focus on good alternative music!

As a DJ he doesn’t like to be constricted by genres, but rather by moods and energies, so you can always expect a wide variety of sonic delights from hip-hop, funk, disco, and rare groove to the more experimental sides of electronic music, with an affinity for global, ethnic sounds and acid basslines
