Starting out on the local circuit in 2018, he’s been cutting his teeth with regular gigs at venues
Upstairs and more recently Offtrack, with appearances at festivals like Garden Beats and opening slots for touring DJs as varied as Tornado Wallace, Dreamcast Moe and Interstellar Funk under his belt too. As Bongomann, he has released music on labels Botanic Records, Darker Than Wax, Fauve Records and FuFu Records, while also contributing mixes for platforms Fauve Radio, NWHR, Upstairs / Downstairs, Mixmag Asia, Mogra Radio and Kiosk Radio. Always catching moods and chasing a flow, genre-fluid Bongo views music as a conversation, so who knows what’s going to be said?
