Dan Nguyen is a Vietnamese American artist, creative director and music producer / DJ.
Born and raised in Southern California and Saigon Vietnam, the multi-disciplinary artist grew up drawing surreal worlds influenced by a myriad of concepts, such as 70s LP artwork, obscure zines, nostalgic rave, graffiti, and US Asian culture.
Continually pushing ideas and honing crafts, Dan maintains a delicate balance between personal and client based creative projects. He releases records and performs live as Demonslayer, curates and produces events and happenings all over the globe, designs and paints murals, daily involvement in multitude of tasks grounded in ideology and creation.
Dan’s music and production journey has taken him on stage twice at Coachella, in addition to touring and jamming all over the world.
His artwork continues to be adorned internationally on products, apparel, gallery walls and buildings, etc. His work, in its many forms, promotes self awareness, unlocking hidden potential and uplifting various marginalized communities.

Dan Nguyen là một nghệ sĩ, giám đốc sáng tạo, producer và DJ người Mỹ gốc Việt. Sinh ra và lớn lên ở Nam California và Sài Gòn, người nghệ sĩ đa ngành lớn lên trong thế giới siêu thực anh tự vẽ ra, được ảnh hưởng từ những bìa đĩa thập kỉ 70, những tập san ít người biết, những buổi rave hoài niệm, graffiti, và văn hoá châu Á tại Mỹ.

Liên tục phát triển ý tưởng và kĩ năng, Dan đã tạo được sự cân bằng giữa những dự án sáng tạo cá nhân và chuyên nghiệp. Anh ra nhạc và biểu diễn trực tiếp dưới nghệ danh Demonslayer, sáng tạo và sản xuất các sự kiện quanh thế giới, thiết kế và vẽ bích hoạ, hàng ngày tham gia vào nhiều quá trình sáng tác và lên ý tưởng.

Con đường âm nhạc của Dan đã đưa anh tới sân khấu Coachella 2 lần, cũng như đi tour quanh thế giới. Các tác phẩm nghệ thuật của anh liên tục xuất hiện trên các mặt hàng, quần áo, cũng như trên tường các phòng tranh và toà nhà. Các tác phẩm của anh, dù sử dụng phương tiện gì, đều đề cao tính tự nhận thức, khai mở tiềm năng, và đưa tiếng nói ủng hộ cho những cộng đồng yếu thế.
