Hari Nayla is a UK born selector and producer with years of involvement in the South East Asian music scene. Founder of On Point Worldwide Records, a party series and record label born in Vietnam connecting the dots between Asia and the world through collaborative events and
releases. With his releases on Banoffee Pies Records, Wormfood and his own imprint On Point, Nayla has been a familiar face at Asian clubs and festivals such as The Observatory, Savage, Studio Adventure, Studio Lam and Wonderfruit.
Over the last couple of years, Nayla has quickly built up an impressive portfolio. He has featured on the line-ups of some of Europes most popular music festivals: Meadows In The Mountains, Secret Garden Party, Boomtown, and Shambala. He has begun to take his sounds across the seas, to countries such as Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Bulgaria and Portugal. This includes festivals such as Wonderfruit, Jai Thep, Tao Festival, Quest Festival and Kolour (Bangkok). Nayla has also played with and supported popular artists such as Ben UFO, Giles Peterson, Hodge, Romain FX, Cleveland, and Sameed and is holding down multiple residencies across the Europe and Asia. His adaptable, diverse style and genre bending sets make him an ideal addition to any party! Nayla’s cleverly assorted, inspiring track selection and extended DJ sets will keep you mesmerised in the dance - all day, all night and all day again! He has had a vinyl release alongside Flo Filz, Slim, and Crate Head on Banoffee Pies Records and also a remix of “Retrospective For Love” on Wormfood and more recently alongside Max Mason a release on his own label On Point Worldwide Records.
