Jesse Chen is a fast-rising talented Taiwanese Techno DJ. In 2019, he co-created and co-founded Pleasure Always Brings Pain (PABP) with visual designer Sebastian Wu.

He is always able to surprise his audience with liberal queerness, diversity, and inclusivity in Taipei with his sultry dark techno sets. He selected the beats to stand out through the mix of powerful deep techno, bringing fine details to the dance floor. Over the years, He has invited the most artistic and celebrated acts such as Perc, Henning Baer, Emika, Daniela La Luz, Parallx, MCMLXXXV (Herrensauna), Introversion, Gerald VDH, Paàl, and the legendary Berlin techno/post-punk godfather Mark Reeder to Taipei.
