A mainstay in Vietnam’s most iconic underground circuits, Luffy is a familiar face behind the booths of The Observatory, Savage, Genderfunk, Snug, and Likdo Festival. Beyond his solo artistry, 2025 marked a pivotal year as he co-founded Tung Tăng, a collective dedicated to nurturing the local community and providing a platform for emerging talent. The project quickly gained momentum, cementing Luffy’s role not just as a DJ, but as a key architect in the evolving landscape of the regional scene.

Expanding his influence beyond the dancefloor, Luffy is also the founder of Meowsic Apartment, a radio channel and creative platform dedicated to showcasing DJ culture in Saigon. Available on YouTube and SoundCloud, the project was created to connect local selectors, build a stronger DJ community, and provide a space where emerging and established artists can share their sound with a wider audience.
