Born and raised in Belgrade, Maria Karan has been a part of different underground culture settings throughout the years. With roots engrained in the punk and alternative scene, the electronic sound came suddenly and took over in an instant.

Her approach to DJing has always been set in a diverse demeanour - deeply rooted in the expansive and emotional background of her music knowledge. Having played numerous festivals and prestigious clubs around the world, she has been perfecting her craft for a number of years.

She is a regular guest of local, regional and worldwide clubs and festivals, as well as radio shows and podcasts.

Her most recent international appearances were behind the decks of OIL Club in Shenzhen, .TAG in Chengdu and Potent Club in Shanghai. In these outlets she showcases her contrasting styles of playing, ranging from the low key - downtempo-ish kind of electronica to peak club dance music.
