Hanoi Underground Movement (HUM) has been at the forefront of the Hanoi underground nightlife scene for years. The multifaceted organization serves as an all-in-one platform to develop an ever-expanding local and regional talent pool. Having fostered and represented many local talents over the years, this week HUM is bringing Welfare, Igneo, and Hip to Savage’s Red Cube dungeon.
