Savage welcomes Omar to the Red Cube.

Omar’s sonic identity is self-described as “a box of postcards”. Collections of lived experience, diverse perspectives, and precious connections have shaped the Uruguayan musician’s storytelling, both on the decks and in the studio. His vinyl-only musical journeys and acclaimed discography have made significant waves in Europe’s vast dance culture landscape, while Omar himself still operates on the margins of the scene alongside likeminded artists such as DJ Masda, Binh, or Nicolas Lutz. Unbound by any standard or categories, Omar lets his timeless selection and masterful skills speak for themselves on the dance floor. The elusive producer and DJ takes on the Red Cube’s crimson spotlight on Friday, with support from our resident Cong.
