El Barrio was born from the encounter of German DJ Moreno and Saigon's very own, Swiss-born, DJ Ouch!. Having both lived in Madrid they launched El Barrio as a tribute to the electronic music scene of the Spanish capital.

BILIGUUDEI (Secret Guests Asia / MN)
Biliguudei is a DJ who has carved his name into the Mongolian techno and house underground music scene. With a musical style that envelops listeners like the wind sweeping over the steppe, his sets have the power to cleanse anxiety and unleash an irresistible urge to dance.
Co-founder of "The Majesty Mongolia" label, he has introduced over 100 international DJs to his hometown. His performances are celebrated for their dynamic energy and diverse musical selections, ranging from deep techno to house and breaks, appealing to a broad audience.

MORENO (Dance Ritual BKK / DE)
Originally from Stuttgart, Moreno has been playing records since the early 90s and is showing no signs of getting bored of it. Over the years many things have changed in the music industry, and club culture. However, there is always space for idealism. And that's what you'll find in Moreno's sets. Get into the music, it will set you free!

DJ OUCH! (Miniclic Records / CH)
From Neuchâtel, Switzerland, DJ Ouch! began spinning drum and bass in the late '90s. After immersing himself in deep house and techno in Madrid, he returned to Switzerland to study music production. Co-founding Insane Drumsounds and collaborating with Urban Sound, he moved to Saigon in 2012. There, he co-founded HRBR and launched El Barrio with DJ Moreno. Serving as music director at The Lighthouse, he later joined Miniclic Records in 2022.
