현재 베를린을 거점으로 활동 중인 Garrett은 지난 10여년간 미국씬에서 자신만의 확고한 사운드와 댄스플로어를 단숨에 장악하는 감각을 다져온 아티스트다. Chez Damier의 멘토링 아래 성장했으며, 시카고의 전설적인 레코드 숍 Gramaphone Records에서 지내온 경험과 Smart Bar Chicago의 대표 파티 “Queen!”을 성공적으로 이끌며 깊이 있는 커리어를 쌓아왔다. 이러한 배경에서 비롯된 그의 치밀한 접근 방식과 순수한 언더그라운드 정신은 프로덕션 전반에 녹아들어, Courtesy of Balance, Smallville, Residual 그리고 자신의 레이블 Global Swing을 통해 섬세하면서도 유려한 트랙들을 꾸준히 선보이고 있다.

Currently based in Berlin, Garrett has spent the past decade developing his unmistakable style and ability to hypnotize the dancefloor in the US. Through the mentorship of Chez Damier, studying behind the desk at Gramaphone records, and being at the helm of Smart Bar Chicago's wildly successful party "Queen!". His meticulous approach and underground attitude shines through his production, releasing lush and skittery tunes on prestigious labels such as Courtesy of Balance, Smallville, Residual, and his own imprint, Global Swing.
