HOI AN, APRIL 28TH TO MAY 1ST

Studio Adventure announces its upcoming three-day festival, ‘Hoi An Chronicles’ from April 28th to May 1st, with headliners Diskonnected, Simone de Kunovich, Yadin Moha, Pichy, Blazin, Matisa and Jesse You. True to their vision, the collective brings together top local, regional and international electronic acts, as well as local live bands and exciting figures from the art scene. This edition delivers a unique collaboration with Vietnamese visual artist Caubetho, who was commissioned to create an original multimedia series for the event.

The team takes over a brutalist villa with 12,000sqm of land, nestled between the lush jungle and breath-taking oceanfront, transforming the venue with striking projection mapping and stage design. The location is easily accessible from both Hoi An and Da Nang, just a 10-minute ride away.

Eclectic dance-music will fire up the Garden Stage while live acts and left-field performances will provide a breath of fresh music at the more intimate Music Lounge. All powered by one of the finest sound systems, the D&B Line arrays with Cardioid subwoofers.

The festival’s lineup celebrates special guests and home favourites side-by-side. From Asia; Taiwan’s ‘Organik’ festival resident Diskonnected; one of Bangkok’s most omniscient figures, Pichy; Korean DJ from ‘Walls and Pals’, Jesse You; Japanese live artist MDM Columbia; and Singaporean collective ‘Strange Weather’ resident Yadin Moha. International bookings with Italians Simone de Kunovich from ‘Mule Musiq’ and Matisa from ‘Optimo Music’ as well as Blazin from the infamous UK festival ‘Outlook’. And representing our local Vietnamese scene; Minoto; Di Linh; Nodey; Tizone; Manik; Ouissam; Sen10za; Viet Anh; Kivi; Nyjah; ToK; SanPelo; TrinhNu; Zwi; Dane; Taku Hirayama; Mishoju; Neji; Lien; Sheereen and plenty more.

Following our wish to extend the line up to live bands, we have curated 7 acts starting with world music duo Limebocx; live electronic duo Tiny Giant; Hip Hop and Soul group Mắm; beatbox performers Noise Psycho; reggae bands Trung Mien and The Gratoners as well as live electronic duo S.E. Project.

In addition, the festival will feature site-specific installations, both indoor and outdoor, to dance, chill and trip using projections, lights and furniture, with each space designed to encourage guests to interact with space, people and themselves.

With the ethos of making the festival accessible to all music lovers, the entry price for a 3-day pass is less than 30usd, with single day pass selling for 20usd, giving everyone the opportunity to join the party.

Hoi An: Chronicles sẽ giới thiệu các tác phẩm sắp đặt dành riêng cho từng địa điểm, cả trong nhà và ngoài trời, để khiêu vũ, thư giãn và du ngoạn bằng cách sử dụng hình chiếu, ánh sáng và đồ nội thất, với mỗi không gian được thiết kế để khuyến khích khách tương tác với không gian, con người và chính họ.

Với tiêu chí làm cho lễ hội có thể tiếp cận được với tất cả những người yêu âm nhạc, giá vé vào cửa cho vé 3 ngày chưa đến 30 đô, với vé một ngày được bán với giá 20 đô, mang đến cho mọi người cơ hội tham gia bữa tiệc.
